I was responsible for the complete CG delivery of 500 shots, reporting directly to the VFX Supervisor. Unreal Engine accounted for 80% of the show's workload, and I supervised all of it, helping to establish a dedicated Unreal department for the project. I led a specialised team of 20 Unreal artists and TDs across Europe, Vancouver and Mumbai to deliver large-scale, complex environments. To support them, I oversaw the setup of DNEG's London GPU farm and drive the implementation of new tools for ingesting Unreal data into the USD pipeline. The project was a first for DNEG in the collaboration of Unreal workflows from the client.
