Burberry, Taipei Launch, Event
Delivery
I was a freelancer at Not to Scale, the project was a short film that would be played on a 360 degree screen at a live event in Taipei, to mark the launch of Burberry’s new flag ship store.
Methodology
My role evolved over time, and I was the CG Supervisor on the project, working closely with the Art Director, leading the 3D team and advising the 2d team regarding the pipeline / integration.
Technical
I was responsible for engineering the pipeline to solve a set of unique challenges. One of the most demanding tasks was managing a massive output resolution—specifically figuring out how to distribute the workload efficiently across the team and reassemble it cleanly for final delivery.
Planning
I set up the foundational 3D scenes, spanning cameras, rendering, and compositing, to lock in the large delivery format before distributing the framework to the team. All assets utilized proper referencing and a robust linear workflow, which was quite advanced for the time.
